We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist
We are hiring for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for online marketing initiatives for our company and the media partners we work with across the United States & Canada. In addition, this position would be responsible for upkeep and maintenance of current websites for our company and the media partners we work with. This person will work with staff and internal and external teams to develop marketing and promotions campaigns. Responsible for the oversight and deployment of marketing web sites along with campaigns from their initial ideation to their completion, implementation and reporting.
Our Digital Marketing Specialist will place and monitor digital ad buys (including digital display, social media, Pre-Roll, etc.), provide reporting, and help to manage internal and external ad operations. Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns for effectiveness is important. Staying current with new online marketing venues and using those as part of your overall marketing strategy are critical parts of the Digital Marketing Specialist’s job. Keeping websites up to date with ad positions, content, and product offerings will be an important aspect of this position.
Desired strengths:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
Five or more years of experience in digital marketing and advertising preferred
Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
Understands website metrics and best practices
Understanding of simple HTML
Experience using Wix or other web based design software
Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop goals and evaluate results
Good at problem-solving and communication
Strong writing skills
We are looking to make an immediate hire. This is a full-time permanent position. We offer a competitive salary, health, vision, dental and life insurance. Position has a potential for profit sharing bonus. Must be a US resident. Position is located in our downtown Salem, Oregon office.
