Selling Best-of programs is in Janet’s blood, having sold print and digital advertising for the Post & Courier newspaper’s Charleston’s Choice and Mom’s Choice contests for years. She even owned and operated her own promotional advertising business (she sold anything with a logo on it; think T-shirts, mugs, etc.) for more than 17 years.
An usher at her church for more than a dozen years, the Charleston native enjoys her three grown children, her two beautiful grandbabies and her extended family (she has eight brothers and sisters and 28 nieces and nephews). She spends her free time on the city’s waterways, boating, crabbing, and taking in the city’s many beaches and restaurants. She’s also fanatical about cruising and has taken three this year alone.
