The Contestant Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for contestants throughout the contest process, delivering prompt, professional, and friendly assistance across phone, email, chat, and social media. This role is responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, processing self-service orders, and ensuring every contestant receives an exceptional customer experience.

This position serves as a trusted partner to the President, managing priorities, coordinating communications, overseeing schedules, and supporting strategic initiatives with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

We are looking for a qualified Sales account manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.

The Marketing Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department by helping plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, and event channels. This role assists with creating and proofreading marketing materials, updating website and social media content, coordinating advertising projects, maintaining marketing assets and calendars, tracking campaign performance, and providing administrative support. The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in ensuring projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and in alignment with the company's brand standards while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and partners.

This is a great entry level position. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The specialist ensures smooth running of our company’s strategies and contributes to driving sustainable growth.
