During her time at Oregon State University’s Centro Cultural César Chávez, Michelle played a key role in promoting programs through digital and print media, developing cohesive campaigns that aligned with brand standards while celebrating cultural identity. She also contributed to operational leadership, managing budgets, coordinating events, and fostering collaboration across teams.
Michelle’s background includes hands-on experience in merchandising and market analysis through her work with Kroger, where she supported retail strategy and consumer-driven planning. This blend of creative design and data-informed thinking allows her to approach marketing with both insight and intention.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising Management and Apparel Design from Oregon State University, with a minor in Design and Innovation Management, and is passionate about creating work that is both impactful and inclusive.
