Born and raised in Woodburn, Oregon, Nia Nikiforoff brings a warm and grounded approach to her role as Contestant Success Manager. Before joining the team, she gained diverse experience working in a food truck for two years, as an after-school teacher for nearly two years, and briefly in a preschool — experiences that taught her adaptability, teamwork, and the value of strong communication.

Nia loves connecting with people and exploring new experiences. She has traveled out of state and abroad several times, with her favorite destination being Brazil, where she was able to visit family. In her free time, Nia enjoys spending time with friends, seeing where the day takes them, and going on walks with her beloved cat, Tuna.
