Peggy Thompson joined NERUS Strategies in January, 2026 as Director, Human Resources, where she leads the company’s people strategy with a focus on operational excellence, compliance, and employee experience. With more than 12 years of experience in human resources leadership, Peggy brings a steady, thoughtful approach to building strong teams and scalable HR practices.

Throughout her career, Peggy has overseen HR operations, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and compliance, earning a reputation for sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and follow-through. She is a trusted advisor to leadership and a clear, effective communicator who builds credibility and trust across all levels of an organization. Known for her ability to adapt quickly, Peggy excels at implementing systems and processes that support growth, efficiency, and accountability.

Peggy recently relocated to Salem, Oregon, from Las Vegas, Nevada, to be closer to family and is excited to contribute her leadership and people-first perspective to the continued success of NERUS Strategies.
