Sheyla Felx is a thoughtful and versatile graphic designer who brings clarity, balance, and creativity to every project she touches. With a people-centered approach and a strong sense of visual storytelling, she creates work that feels both intentional and engaging.

Her experience includes collaborating with creative teams at Oregon Public Broadcasting (OPB), where she helped reimagine the visual identity for Oregon Experience, honoring its legacy while making it resonate with new audiences. She has also developed visual and digital content for a range of organizations through IZO PR Marketing, including Multnomah County, Portland General Electric, and WorkSource Oregon.

Sheyla’s work is driven by curiosity and a desire to solve problems through design—whether that’s building cohesive brand identities, developing storyboards, or creating digital assets that connect with audiences in meaningful ways.

She holds a degree in Graphic Design from Portland State University and has earned recognition from the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards and Graphis International Awards.
